Raychel S. Chism, B.A. in Human Resource Management, CESP, is a workforce strategist, entrepreneur, speaker, and respected voice in leadership and economic empowerment. Her work is centered around one belief: when people are given the right training, support, and opportunities, they can transform their careers, their families, and their communities. As the founder of Respectable Results, a state and federally contracted workforce development firm, and Impact Institute Mid-South, a nonprofit vocational training institution, Raychel develops practical workforce solutions that prepare individuals for meaningful employment while helping employers strengthen their talent pipelines, improve retention, and build stronger, more sustainable workplaces.
